Great experience, no complaints!

This needs to be known: Nurse injector Jenifer Wright saved my face last week. For the last 2 months, I have been hiding my face after an unfortunate experience with Botox migration from an injector in Calgary. Basically, it looked like I had Bells Palsy when I smiled. My face was so asymmetrical that I even postponed my wedding date as I was unable to smile. I need to smile on my big day. I have now named Jennifer: MY CHRISTMAS ANGEL WITH THE MAGIC HANDS. I can actually smile again. With her talented plan of action, she was able to treat particular muscles with Botox to even out this mess. Today, one week later, I am smiling- and you can barely tell that something is off. I cannot thank Jen enough for her care. Also, special shout-out to Amber Olsen who was super thorough, professional, informative and kind with my initial assessment.

The ladies at Rejuvaderm are so bright and welcoming. They explain everything and are so open to any questions you may have. Their videos on social media are also hilarious and it makes me feel like I know them when I go into the clinic. Definitely the place to go for your skin health!

I had the privilege of enjoying the most incredible HydraFacial of my life at RejuvaDERM today. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff (including Dr. Eric Wong) who took the time to explain the entire HydraFacial process, ensuring I understood every step of the treatment. The treatment room itself was a sanctuary of relaxation. Soft lighting, soothing music, and a comfortable treatment bed created a tranquil atmosphere. Christie who I had the pleasure of seeing for the facial was not only skilled but incredibly personable, making me feel like I was spending an hour with a girlfriend. Now, let's talk about the HydraFacial itself. This treatment was an absolute game-changer for my skin (I had just gotten off a flight) so I was extra dry. After an hour with Christie I was left feeling refreshed, plump, and radiant. What sets RejuvaDERM apart from many of the clinics and spas I've visited at home in Toronto is their emphasis on customization. The time was taken to discuss my skin concerns and goals before tailoring the treatment to address my specific needs - and the results were immediate. If you're looking to pamper yourself and give your skin the love it deserves, I wholeheartedly recommend paying RejuvaDERM a visit!
